The BRFAA is founded on the belief that art talent is learned and earned
rather than innately acquired. The primary motive behind this talent is based upon desire
rather than ability. Any individual who desires to be an artist
can develop this talent if they are willing
to start with the basics and work towards a clearly defined goal.
